Childbirth Education

Dr. Ellyn Halley (D.C., Doula) and Meghan Tomlinson (Doula) will facilitate a comprehensive childbirth education workshop covering the perinatal period. This hands-on workshop will include exercise, nutrition, birth, postpartum, mental health, and community support.
